In addition to leases negotiated by GRACO on new developments, GRACO has successfully negotiated leases on existing shopping centers with companies such as The Gap, The Limited, Ann Taylor, Harold's, Talbots, Kinko's, Coldwater Creek, Jos. A. Bank, Chico's, Pei Wei, World Market and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
