commercial real estate company. Primarily a developer of new
commercial projects, GRACO is also active in contract leasing,
property management, construction management, and brokerage.

for a tenant to start doing business in a new location." In-house
professionals work in the area of site selection, zoning, platting,
site-planning, construction and financing. Therefore, GRACO can
